Our Process

We often refer to an individuals “SPECIAL PLACE”. For most of us these spaces are outdoor and they are dominated and empowered by nature. Within these symmetries of nature we feel grounded – honest with our reflections and clarity for the future. As architects we identify the appropriate elements from nature and apply our tools to integrate them with the built form. The success of a place relies on the integrity of the natural system, allowing individuals to feel good about being there.

The tools we employ on different projects, as designers are universal. We identify, study and integrate the unique elements of a site into a specific project. From the very beginning we evaluate client EXPECTATION and allow sustainable design principles to guide the socio-economic value which contributes to the triple bottom line. We flush out the CONTEXT of a place – what makes it unique and how these attributes can inform the quality of the design. We identify the natural processes and use these as the FOUNDATION for allowing our design to work efficiently. We add layers of expertise within an integrated framework and strive to leave a positive IMPRESSION on people and the environment. A shared vision, a lasting value, a place for all.
