Client: Thelem Consulting Pty Ltd & Sunglow Australia
Project Role: Engaged by the lead consultant to provide schematic landscape design for Development Application; including private courtyards, WSUD, Streetscapes & Entry Experience, Amenity Programming, connectivity and circulation & open space planning.
Discipline: Placemaking, Masterplanning & Urban Landscape Design
Expertise: Landscape Masterplan, Access, Drainage & Grading, Hard & Living Landscape, Communal Openspace & Planting Plans, Solar Impact Assessment, Ecological Sustainable Design, WSUD, Stormwater Harvesting & Green Infrastructure.
Scale: 146 seniors living apartments and 74 residential aged care beds.
